Program Management

The combination of ANGEL ePortfolio and the ANGEL LMS makes it possible to support program development. Program administrators can choose to require their instructors to carry out certain program-level assessments on their behalf. With the strong ties between ANGEL ePortfolio and the ANGEL LMS, instructors and program administrators can build the evidence of program achievement they need for accreditation purposes or to provide reporting to external stakeholders.

• Assign and evaluate work – the ANGEL ePortfolio drop box in the ANGEL LMS makes it easy for instructors to request evidence of program achievement, and for instructors and program administrators to evaluate and report on this work.
• Measure program goals – through rubric-based self-evaluations, students collect and store evidence of program achievement.
• Lock student work – the ability to lock student work through exercise "due dates" assures permanent evidence of program achievement.
• Tailor templates – institutions can create their own publication templates to meet program and institutional assessment requirements.
• Report on achievement – reports show learner progress toward defined program objectives; data can be exported as needed.

As you ensure your students meet standards and objectives, students are also creating roadmaps of their individual accomplishments – where they have been, where they have grown, and what they plan to do next. Every unique ePortfolio self portrait, or any part of it, can be published and shared as students move on to achieve their individual goals.
