Learning Solutions Specialist
The Learning Solutions Specialist will serve as the expert in the development and delivery of learning solutions to ANGEL customers as follows:
- Facilitates all aspects of ANGEL Implemention Framework with customers from contract to production launch, while ensuring that the customer will be a reference.
- Conducts onsite and remote customer training on features and operations of ANGEL products.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert for ANGEL software products and consults both internally and externally on the appropriate use of each product.
- Prepares training material and documentation for customer. Maintains and administers and continuously improves training material and courseware.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, recommend solutions.
- High level of energy, self-confidence and enthusiasm with ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of customers.
- Strong teamwork/collaboration; experience working in a matrix environment a plus.
- Ability to work independently; manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines with high standard for quality.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices, adult learning theory and instructional design techniques.
- Experience in the administration or use of learning management systems.
- Experience in a K-12 academic environment where e-learning is part of the curriculum.
