Program Description
The positive impact 100 spirited, forward thinking and creative ANGEL proponents have had on the more than 98,000 students in 89 elementary schools, 24 middle schools, 22 high schools and 22 other learning centers and more than 6,000 teachers and staff in Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) merited the JCPS Online eMentors an ANGEL IMPACT Award.
Together JCPS eMentors have created a K12 community of 100,000 active ANGEL users, boasting 7,800 ANGEL courses, 1,500 ANGEL community groups and a district where every phase of learning and business is impacted by ANGEL. From electronic professional development to school website generation, virtual lesson studies, group document processing, principal study groups, parent monitoring and in many more diverse ways with the guidance of JCPS eMentors ANGEL has become “indispensable” in Jefferson County Public Schools.
