Ongoing Customer Collaboration

Active and Supportive ListServ
ANGEL’s ListServ provides a wealth of information and support amongst community members. It also provides ANGEL with information we use to enhance our products and approach to the marketplace.
ANGEL Learning Isle in Second Life
Our user community is helping us develop this cutting edge R&D experiment in virtual collaboration technologies. We developed the Isle in conjunction with SLED, and a steering committee of ANGEL community members helps us maintain and enhance the Isle.
ANGEL User Groups
ANGEL User Groups provide a great opportunity for you to learn, share, and collaborate with other ANGEL users in your area or those who share similar challenges and opportunities.
Annual User Conference
ANGEL Learning hosts the ANGEL User Conference every May, bringing together hundreds of community members and ANGEL staff for presentations, round table discussions, focus groups, and networking opportunities. Oh, and we throw a bit of fun into the mix as well.
ANGEL IMPACT Awards
A highlight of our ANGEL User Conference is our annual presentation of ANGEL IMPACT Awards for exemplary performance and contributions by community members. These awards recognize individuals and organizations for making the most of ANGEL’s products in their teaching and learning.
